Indici – Access the Procon CAT Form

Set up the Procon CAT form in Indici

• On the icon toolbar you should see a ‘P’ icon for Procon
  
• Click on the icon to select the correct PHO, choose Health Hawkes Bay then click Register
  
  

Use the form

• On the icon toolbar you should see a ‘P’ icon for Procon
  
• The Procon form menu will display, select the COPD Assessment Test to access the CAT form
  
• The form will pull and push data to and from the PMS.
